Enrollment Process
1. Submit an Inquiry
Begin your Montessori Schoolhouse journey by completing our short Application Inquiry Form. This helps us learn more about your child, your family, and the areas of our agricultural and Montessori-inspired programs that interest you most. Once submitted, our enrollment team will connect with you to share program details and guide you through the simple next steps to join our learning community.
2. Visit Our Learning Environment
Immerse yourself in the vibrant, nature-centered atmosphere of Montessori Schoolhouse Agricultural Education Center during your visit. Explore our thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning spaces — from our classrooms to our gardens and animal areas — each created to inspire curiosity, independence, and a love for learning. Our dedicated team will be happy to answer questions and guide you through the unique ways our agricultural and Montessori-inspired programs help children grow and thrive.
3. Join Our Waitlist
Secure your child’s place in our program by submitting the one-time application contribution. Once received, your family will be added to our interest list (if space is not immediately available), and you’ll be notified as soon as an opening arises. Families are also invited to schedule an observation day, where your child can experience our nature-based learning environment and meet our guides.
4. Observation Day
We value every child’s individuality, and our observation day offers a chance to get to know your child’s unique interests, learning style, and personality. This gentle, personalized experience allows our guides to connect with your child in a natural setting — whether tending the garden, exploring nature, or working with Montessori materials — so we can thoughtfully support their growth and design the most enriching learning experience possible.
5. Confirm Enrollment
Once your child’s participation is confirmed, you may secure their place in our learning community by submitting the registration contribution. This step confirms your family’s commitment and ensures your child is ready to begin a meaningful journey of discovery, growth, and connection with nature at Montessori Schoolhouse Agricultural Education Center.
6. Submit Documents
To complete enrollment, please provide the final set of required program documents. These may include medical and immunization records, emergency contact information, and any additional forms needed to ensure a smooth and safe transition into our agricultural and Montessori-inspired learning community.
